1. Petites french white base coat. I did two coats of white to make darker.
2. Take red Sally hansen Nail Art Pen and create multiple slashes on nail. Imagine you are doing it around a point.
3. Repeat step 2 with sliver and blue.
4. Aply top coat and your done!(:
